At TR we celebrate International Women’s Day

This March 8, International Women’s Day, we would like to highlight the participation of women in all areas of Técnicas Reunidas, where diversity and inclusion are fundamental pillars of our corporate culture. From engineering to management, from innovation to sustainability, the women of the Company are a substantial element of our success and our commitment to long-term value creation.

Through this video, a diverse group of women from different areas of the Company will share their perspective and vision on the impact of equality and their role in the workplace. Each of them, with their talent and dedication, contributes significantly to the company’s strategic objectives, driving excellence and sustainability in everything we do.

At Técnicas Reunidas we continue to work to foster an inclusive environment, where all voices are heard and the potential of each person, regardless of gender, is recognized. Today we celebrate the impact and influence of women in our company, as they are key to building a more equitable and just future.

As part of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 5: Gender Equality, we celebrate International Women’s Day, recognizing the essential role played by our female colleagues in driving the transformation to a more sustainable world. 

In line with SDG 10: Reducing Inequalities, we work every day to create an inclusive work environment, where the talent, dedication and leadership of all people, regardless of gender, are recognized and enhanced.

In addition, at Técnicas Reunidas we join the 2025 slogan promoted by the Ministry of Culture to celebrate this day: “Equal to create, free to live”. Because at Técnicas Reunidas we believe that diversity drives us to grow and to be better, more innovative and responsible in every step we take.
